Cougar hunt in North Chicago a bust (Lake County News Sun)

The cougar apparently got away. North Chicago police officers were not able to capture a large cat-like animal reportedly on top of a building near the city’s police department Friday evening. Police searched the area on foot and in patrol cars, and sharpshooters took position aboard a fire truck bucket in search of the large animal, but the animal was not found.
